Do you make small customisation such as no logo or different stitch colour?
Yes, if you need minor customisation such as no logo, mixing different colours, but doesn’t change much the size and shape of the item, you can simply type that in the message box in your shopping cart or contact me.
Do you make custom order?
Yes, you can submit a form here or send me a message/email with the details (include sample photos and measurements if possible). Then I will get back to you as soon as I can.
How long does it take for an order to arrive once it's dispatched?

How much does the shipping cost?
To make it simple, we offer fixed shipping costs. It’s FREE delivery for orders within Australia and an additional A$10 for Express Post. With orders outside of Australia, shipping cost from A$15 for Standard Post and from A$30 for Express Post. You will see shipping options at check out.
For merchandise, shipping cost varies depends on your location. Shipping is calculated at check out.
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes, you can select quantity when shopping or contact me if you want a better price. The larger quantity means the cheaper price for each item.
